Although I am no a change seeker, I adapted very well because 我们都有“小草的精神”!.

 

When my working partners chose to leave AXA in 2006 and 2010, we chose to stay. Inevitably, I seek new working partnership with other FSDs, and I am proud to have all your trust as we grew to new heights year after year.

 

After my cancer event, I realised that recruitment is our form of business succession planing. Firstly, client's need can be addressed and taken care of by your team of planners, and secondly, there is some form of income protection during this critical period. 

 

After all, insurance is a great financial asset. Build a team of 15 ambassadors, and help more individuals and business to be financially protected. I believe with your professionalism, and care to your customers, your reward can enjoy a great multiplier effect too. 

 

I wish all of you aspiring leaders will lead a strong and successful team by 2020. 

 

In support of AXA500, let's work towards an organisation of 50 financial planners in 2020!
